3. Course Enrollment & Payments

• Free courses are available to all registered users at no cost

• Paid course fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted

• All payments are processed securely via Paystack or Flutterwave

• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice

• Sponsorship donations are non-refundable and go directly to student education

4. Intellectual Property

• All course content, materials, and platform design are owned by GlobalTouch NGO

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without permission

• Certificates issued are for personal use and verification only

• User-generated content (forum posts) remains your property but grants us a license to display it

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others

• Upload malicious content or spam the platform

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

• Attempt to hack or disrupt platform services

• Use the platform for any illegal activities

• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in forums

6. Certificates

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements

• Certificates are for educational purposes and do not constitute professional licensing

• We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraudulent means

7. Disclaimer

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes as a result of completing our courses. Course content is for educational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlobalTouch NGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
